What Do You Need to Claim?
The process is simple and I’ve had several customers do it in past years and they all said it was smooth sailing.
To claim your cashback, you’ll need:
✅ An invoice or receipt from a licensed air conditioner installer
✅ The serial number(s) from your new unit (you’ll find these on the physical stickers — usually on the outdoor and indoor units)
✅ A utility bill showing the address where the system was installed

Where do I find the serial numbers?
They're printed on a sticker on your indoor and outdoor unit not always shown on your receipt or quote. Take a photo once installed so you have it ready.
